Week 4: Follow Frenzy

The past month has been amazing!
I have learned so much, felt motivated again, and made some new connections!
I am especially thankful to Third in Hollywood, Sparkling in Second, Peppy Zesty Teacherista, and Teach Create Motivate for organizing the #tptsellerchallenge. What a way to get myself going.
During this challenge, I have focused on making myself more present in social media platforms as well as updating and posting on my blog.

For this week's challenge, I chose 6 of the MANY connections that I made through this challenge.

#1) Sun, Sand, & Second Grade: I'm going to be a part of Briana's Flash Feeebie 2-Day Event. Like her page on Facebook to get notifications. A new freebie will be offered every 30 minutes on July 13 and 14!
#2) Two Little Birds: Jennifer is starting up her first blog and I'll be a part of her blog reveal giveaway! She has some super cute products in her TpT store. Check it out!
#3) Fun in Fourth: Last week Angela wrote her 200th blog post and she hosted a Rafflecopter giveaway as part of her celebration. I was able to donate a product to her giveaway. Read some of her inspiring blog posts. You won't regret it!
#4) Blog Queens: I finally took the plunge and had Courtney and Shannon create a custom blog design for me. I am loving the clean lines, the cheery colors, and the social media buttons that link directly to me! They are talented ladies and quite resonantly priced. If you're looking for a blog designer, I highly recommend them.
#5) Activated Education: The third week of this challenge asked sellers to create a new product and then trade with another seller to get some feedback and advice. I partnered with Andra and got the chance to hear her perspective on my product. I also got to preview her newest product, Decimal Place Value Solve and Draw. Use it to review place value of whole numbers and decimals in a way that motivates students - drawing!
#6) Planet Happy Smiles: I learned all about Insagram from my son, read about it here. But I have had a great time following and being followed by others on Instagram. A post of the Target $ bins got me inspired to start thinking about (and shopping for) my classroom this fall.

There are sooooooo many other awesome teachers out there that I have draw inspiration from. I am so grateful for everything you share!

  1. Thanks Kim for the shout-out! The kind words are much appreciated.

  2. Of course. So glad to recommend a great blog to others.
